Physical fitness 💪 plays an important role in our daily life. For doing work constantly we have to keep ourself fit. As if we do not stay fit and healthy then we will be unable to do any sort of work ✏️.
SOME MORE DAILY EXERCISES
1. ALTERNATIVE TOE TOUCH:-
This is a daily Exercise in which first we have to make some gap or extend our legs . Then we have take up our hands up till our shoulders then we have to alternatively touch our Left leg with our Right hand and then our Right leg with our Left hand. Do this like this 10-20 times .

2. PUSHUPS
First lie down like a plank then fix the legs at a point on the ground then move both of your arm up and down pushing the ground with your palm constantly.
